Summer Has come around, and its time to go swimming! Well, on GameML it's not, it's time to be online, and sledding. Wait, WHAT? Your goal for Competition01 is to create a game in Game Maker using an oxymoron. for example- a game about sledding in summer.
The Prizes:
1st Place- 1000 GameML Points +5 reputation
2nd Place- 500 GameML Points +2 Reputation
3rd Place- 250 GameML Points +1 Reputation

lol! The oxymoron is that instead of being a piece of **** like most Metroid fangames, this one will be good!

Ok, it wont be the actual amazing game that i plan on creating(cause there is a dead line), it will be a sorta Metroid random spinoff. Is it ok if I used Hourxofx's Engine to make it?

I completely forgot about this competition. I'm sorry, I'll have to resign, I can't think of anything interesting and I don't have enough time. I'm working on three things at once, accomplishing the tiniest thing on one of them each day.

I didn't know about this competition. Wow. I suppose stickmen aren't an oxymoron. LOL!!

looking now, this competition is pretty much a failure. You should advertise it at the very FRONT of the site. And extend the deadline from anywhere to August 7-14, your choice. That way new comers have at least a few weeks.
