Alright! Here we go:

Ultimate 3D:
This should be your first choice when you want to make a 3D game, as it's incredible. It's 100x better than GM's d3d crap, and it has many more functions and features. It's easy to use, too!

SuperSound
This dll allows you to play sounds and customize them a lot (Change pitch, frequency, aso) . You can play ogg vorbis files too.

GMThreads
Ever wanted to make some code executed AT THE SAME TIME as other code? Then this is for you! I'm using it to display a loading screen when the level is loading, by merely doing this:

sleep(100);
<Loading level>
global.level_loading = false;

I may look up other DLL's, so I may come back here later.

You make a level loading screen even though levels load almost instantly.

Not 3D levels. Mine takes about 5-8 seconds to load, and I'm not halfway with making the level.

The "dragger" DLL lets you drag and drop files from a folder onto your game. I've tried to use it but couldn't get it to work.

And the "skin" DLL lets you turn the shape of the game window into whatever you want it to be based on an image. GOLPHER GAMES told me about this one and he's working on a game that uses it.

GMPhysics is a 2d physics DLL. It’s probable the best physics DLL that I know of. I don’t rely know where the reel GMPhysics site is, so I just use http://www.yoyogames.com/games/show/58424.

The Fmod DLL is an amassing sound system that you can use to record sound (I think,) see the sound, pan, and many effects. Here is an example using it http://www.yoyogames.com/games/show/34691
